Mr. Smith has practiced law locally for nearly 20 years. He has specialized in bankruptcy law, and also has experience in business litigation.

Mr. Smith received his Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.), graduating cum laude from the Whittier College of Law in 1990. He was also the associate editor of the Whittier College of Law Review. Mr. Smith also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Whittier in Political Science.

 

FIRM HISTORY:

Jeffrey Smith is the Managing Partner for the Long Beach law firm of Curd, Galindo & Smith (established in 1998). The firm provides legal services to a variety of clients, including business litigation, small business formation, personal injury, estate planning, and criminal defense.

Mr. Smith is the only attorney at our firm that specializes in bankruptcy, and is the only one who will handle your case.
